Team Work

At Kick, we instill an appreciation for other dancers and their studios.  We are not out to beat anyone; we are out to motivate our dancers and faculty by exposing them to the highest caliber of talent available.  Only then are we going to produce the best dancers possible.

Why Company at Kick?

The benefits of company reach far beyond just learning to dance and winning trophies.  Dancers build lifelong friendships on the solid foundation of their many hours spent training, competing and socializing together. They learn the value of teamwork, to trust in each other, to depend on one another and be a reliable person themselves.   These important lessons will carry them on any path they choose to take in life.  Our program fosters leadership training, offering young dancers opportunities to develop leadership skills that will last a lifetime.

We can thank our wonderful staff for creating absolutely the best environments for these dancers to train in. Find out for yourself why these dancers are amazing…Our amazing Instructors

Edge Elite – Elite level training for ages 13+

Edge Elite Logo A 300x300

The Edge Elite Program is designed for dancers who demonstrate a high level of dedication, work ethic, and passion for growth. As our program continues to evolve, we are restructuring Edge Elite to create an environment that allows every dancer to train at the level that will challenge them most and help them reach their full potential.

Beginning with the 26/27 season, Edge Elite will operate with a casted structure, similar to a professional company. Dances will be cast based on ability, commitment, growth mindset, and group cohesion. This approach allows our faculty to place dancers where they will thrive artistically and technically while maintaining the strong team culture that defines Kick.

To support optimal training, dancers will also be placed into technical training levels for classes. These levels ensure dancers receive instruction that is appropriately challenging and focused on their individual development.

Edge Elite dancers can expect:

Casted choreography designed to highlight strengths and push dancers to the next level
Technical training levels to ensure focused, high-quality instruction
• Opportunities to grow through our Fall Masterclass Series with guest faculty
Additional training opportunities and intensives offered throughout the season
• A culture built on commitment, accountability, teamwork, and excellence

Placement and casting will always reflect a dancer’s dedication, work ethic, and readiness for the challenge, with the goal of providing every dancer the opportunity to develop into their strongest possible artist.

The Edge Elite program remains one of the most rigorous and rewarding training environments at Kick, designed for dancers who are ready to work hard, support their teammates, and pursue excellence together.
